I think it's great that the new cars get to race some of the National Events without the AHFS taking effect. But Why don't all of us poor stock guys get the same number of events without the AHFS? Indy would be even a better race if there was no AHFS. Maybe our reps could help us on this one. Even the ones that benefit from the way the system is now. Barry

Everyone gets it at an open. I want it at a National Event. There is a big difference between an open and a National Event.

I have asked for years for a no AHFS race. First Indy, second Sportnationals, and we at least got the Opens. I will ask again. And again. This will make 3,487,868.3 times, but I don't go away easy. I think it is overdue and would add excitement to these races. I will also ask tor 9.95 and 10.20 indexes for the Shoot Out cars which was my number to begin with. Now under the old banner of 'be careful what you ask for, because you might get it', what are the downfalls? I'm sure my astute fellow racers have thought of this? I don't see any, but as Forrest Gump says, "I'm not a smart man".

NO I'm not in the wrong class, my car likes S--ty air and I work on it to make it the fastest it can be, I belive S-SS used to be a performance class after all , until some wanted to make it a freaking bracket race. No fan wants to come to the biggest race of the year and see your favorite car take a dump at 1000'. Open your eyes NHRA!
