A good guage pin set will run like this
minus .010 pin = .0097-.0099 plus .010 pin = .0100-.0102 Try MSC, McMaster Carr or Grainger. MSC is you best bet, they are the Walmart of industrial tool supplies. Most sets run from .011-.060 and then .061-.250. The bigger sets can get pretty expensive. Another way is to use the shanks of the drills in a number drill set. You don't have every .001 increment but you can get an idea of the hole size. They run from #60 (.040) up to a #1 (.228 I think). |
