"WHAT IF" part 4

I love Mark's suggestion of running time trials staggered off of the index's.
This would not only be more interesting to the spectators but would be for the racers as well.
It would be interesting (fun) to see just how much stronger some are against their index than others, rather just reading it off a qualifing sheet.
I don't know what additional manpower requirements in the tower this would entail. Maybe it could be chaulked up as some of the additional "enhancements" we're supposed to be getting.
