Default Sway Control question

I have a Motorsport trailer 28' triple axle that has 3" wide x 5" tall A frame members..any recommendations for sway control?..I have the HP Reese trunnion setup now, and not sure if the old friction style is worth a hoot, or should I just go with the Dual Cam setup...With the stocker or a dragster in the trailer it's kinda bad with sway..the Cutlass doesn't seem near as bad, I guess 'cause it's got a BBC in it. I would have to weld the "pieces" to the frame in lieu of using the U Bolts supplied..I'm trying to avoid that.

It is my understanding that the Reese setup is for 2 1/2" wide frame members, not 3"..anything on the market that is the new hot lick?
