cbs latest on handbrakes?

One more note on this one......

The SRAC did vote unanimously to allow a secondary braking system...aka handbrake...

I don't care where its used....start finish middle....its unlikely both would fail at the same time....so it is a safety device....one of our favorite TD racers rubbed through a brake line... and couldnt stop....but he had the handbrake to save the day......
