We tried a crawler class, but the fan base just was not there as racing took forever. We had to re-grade the track when the racers would race with the ripper down so they would not hit the AHFS. Dug a damn trench every time. WHRA competitors are very cautious about protecting their combination.

Too bad Keith Lynch didn't run one, it would be nice to see what a Deere 420 crawler would do out the back door.
