As long as you have renewed you are OK. You don't have to have a card. At national events tech will just flag your tech card and when you go to the trailer they can tell if you have renewed or not. At divisional events they might have to call Glendora if they want to verify. Most of time they will just take your word. I renew at the last minute all the time.
