BBM/Hemi stocker oil pan

There's a whole lotta Stockers that can go 8,000+/- RPM and they are supposedly using the factory pans per the rule book. And I don't see in the rule book that you can notch the k-frame because why would you need to if you were running the stock pan, per the rules?
And if 5 quarts isn't enough, the rulebook does allow the use of an Accu-Sump. Or maybe 3 quarts in the pan, 1 quart or so in the filter and 3 quarts in the Accu-Sump...
