The NHRA rulebook states that only cars equipped with an exhaust requiring a tether must adhere to the rule next year. What about motorcycles? I noticed a PSM racer lost part of it's exhaust well past half track during qualifying last week at the U.S. Nats. Just wondering. Ivan.
