Depending on the amount of drilling or tapping I am doing, I use a lubricant developed and in use by my former employer under the name of Boelube.
It prolongs the life of drill bits, taps, end mills and tools. It's available through many vendors including Amazon. It is biodegradable and safe on materials. https://orelube.com/about-boelube-products/pastes/ |
