And of course NHRA will pass on the savings to us? Terrible idea in my opinion.

Why not just print the "Procedures" maual online instead? It has all the "real" rules, the rule book is just a guide. haha

it is now a federal offense to waste paper on useless printed material

It should be. A good place to save waste would be to ban junk mail,all repetitious governmental forms,all forms of telemarketing, and all kinds of printed directives from the democrats.Sounds like a quality of life issue,here,as well.

C'mon guys, this is just the NHRA trying to save money, got nothing to do with the Gov., you can still order the book or just go to a NHRA meet and buy one there....like I did.

I remember when the NHRA's car spec's....weight,hp, etc was in book form and cost about $300.00.
