Dave, the way it was explained to me is, the same person can trigger it twice at the same race. That being said means Jimmy D. triggered it twice, putting the 396 up for review. They will average all the runs in B/SA made by a 396 and if it is 1 second under it will get HP. They won't count any of the runs made in AA or A because it does not affect the B class average. Jimmy D. triggered it at 1.34 under so the HP will be 2.25% x the current HP rounded up to the next HP. Jim any run you make in A/SA won't hurt provided you don't run 1.40 as Tom stated.
