Default Re: C-11 Cost?

Knowing that all combos are different I can say I did pickup about .08 to.10 with C11 vs. purple. Now thanks to some of the older guys I was told that purple likes to run around 13.2/1 and C11 likes to run around 12.8/1. Having done my own testing afterwards I can backup those numbers. I'm sure others have gotten different results but thats what I've gotten. Now if someone bracket races a low compression stocker between NHRA/IHRA races I can say I'm not afraid of mixing 93 and purple to drop the SG rating of purple to what C11 would be and taking advantage of the cost difference. I also like to flush my tank with pump gas and even a couple caps of Marvel before sitting my truck which has seemed to have taken care of some of corrosive effects that C11 seems to have.
