this might be a dumb question but how would the hand brake make unloading from the trailer easier?

I ease the car out of the trailer standing along side of it while using the hand break to keep it slow. Benefits are that it is easy for one person to unload the car and you can unload it without weight in the car so no dragging on the bottom of the trailer. LAZ |

AHH THAT MAKES SENSE!!!!! jacking the front of my trailer to the moon twice a day gets old!
