Dave the studs should drive out with a four pound hammer and a punch. Take a sample of the stud to the auto parts store to make sure that the straight knurl is the same size. Dont forget to buy the nuts. The tire and wheel can usually be found at a Tractor Supply or other farm type store. This is all based on the spindle and hub are in usable condition.

Thanks to a couple of fine VA folks, Wesley & Phyllis, who operate a roadside service, we got fixed up and back on the road north....currently in Washington, PA.
