That is peanuts to them since they are fully funded by multi millionaire budgeted sponsors.. what the hell is $270.. oh I'm sorry, $305 dollars to teams whose sponsors spend $3,000 every time their car makes a pass? NHRA knows racing to us is like cigarettes to..well..a smoker. We are going to pay whatever we can to enjoy that thing that makes us happy after a week of "life." Put your minds together and formulate an alternative plan for racer's to enjoy their sport, while getting a fan base, and tv exposure. Isn't that why everyone runs NHRA events? It can't be for the payouts or the efficient daily schedule of events can it?
