Nothing but good things to say about all of the Calvert team. I use their front shocks and recommend them to anyone who asks.

Calvert is one of the BEST in the customer service department. Odered a set of Caltrac's but when it come time to install them, the bar's were too long and came with the wrong size nut's. I ran to Fastenall for the nuts and called John for help with the bar's. John asked us for specific measurements and calculated the correct length bar dimension's and stayed at the shop until our call to tell him know things were okay. That call was like at 10 pm. 8 pm his time. The next day by 10 am a little package a 8 nut's showed up. Shipping was $85..... He could have went home at his normal time and worry about the bar length issue the next morning, but didn't. Hat's off to John Calvert.

My dealings with Calvert were similar, I decided to change spring rate and they were very helpful. They sent a call tag, and took the original ones back with NO QUESTIONS. They wanted me to be satisfied and that was the bottom line. This is the kind of service companies used to have routinely and somehow is not common now. Congrats to CalTrac.

Back when I was a dealer for Calvert, Mark Tallent knew we were hours apart, I was fortunate to have his personal number to call anytime I had a question and needed help. His concern for racers looking for support miles away, is part of what John Calvert's company is today!

I'll vouch for their customer service as well. I ordered a set of Caltracs for a project, but was mobilized with the reserves before I could put them on. When I went to install them almost a year later I found that the bars were too short......they exchanged them at no cost with no questions asked, and sent a call tag as well for the bars that were too short. Certainly a very stand up company!

X2

The Calvert Racing Team is top notch!!!! I originally bought everything from the bars, springs, and the front and rear shocks they were selling. The rear shocks were the Rancho 9000 series and the front shocks were (I don't remember now) another brand. Anyway I busted one of the front shocks when the car came up one good time on me. So I called them to order another pair and at the time they didn't have any because they were in the process of building their own. So I ordered a set of the double adjustable Vari-shocks no big deal. Two years go by and I'm talking to John at Indy and asked if they ever got their front shocks build and told him what happened. He said "call me next week and give me your address and I'll send you a new set of front shocks". So I called and he sent me a new set of shocks at no cost. And the new shocks were definitely an improvement over the previous shocks. So two thumbs up for Calvert Racing!!!
