See Jeff's note, don't believe there is that much difference between a 70 Duster and a 69 Dart relative to where the draglink goes but could be wrong....can you measure between the rear seal and back of the draglink and one of use could tell you how much "finess" you might need to perform. Is it on a stocker or such that you don't want to go to a steering rack? If not that's the direction you might consider, simplifies everything.
