I would have been happier if they had just consolidated the FWDs with the RWDs a few years ago because from what I remember there was gonna be Z/SA at a 27.5 weight break which would have meant the Bird's index would have been close to the HF/SA index of 18.60. When they finally do combine the classes I hope they put that proposal out there again. Then you will see the Sunbird at Indy again. But I digress....I am not opposed to running heads up against the other EF/S cars. There's a 50-50 chance I will attend the Dutch this year. Will they make the trip too? Mike Meier EF/S |

FWD classes at Indy
Does anyone know if the FWD cars are planning to stay entered in the classes on the list? I may bring my FWD car instead of my Mustang if the faster engine is not ready for the Mustang and don't want to upset the apple cart. I can run B, C or D with it.
