I agree 100% with what Jeff Lee has suggested for a successful ad; especially the bit about the price.Putting a price in your ad saves both the seller and prospective buyers from wasting time on calls or emails when there is no chance that they'll come to a deal.
The only other thing that I would suggest is to put where you are located in the ad. |
