New NW DD?

We were shocked too...just had him here in Lewistown this last weekend. He said something about getting called to Spokane from here for a meeting Monday, and kinda knew it may be coming. Bummer, he really seemed like he cared about the little guys...and now, who advocates for our track after our Open?

Good point, regarding your recent event going forward. I'm leaving for Spokane in the morning,, hoping to see him there and have a little conversation with him.

did he get the boot or did he resign? I don't know that is the type of job only a crazy person would desire....

I, too, was shocked to see the job available. It will be interesting to see the outcome of all this. Even though there may have been some rumblings about events, I don't think anything was so bad that it couldn't have been worked out. I think being a division director takes a special kind of person. Maybe Frank jr. felt he had bit off more than he wanted to chew??? I don't think you can make everyone happy, but if you make it as fair as possible it should work. Wishing Frank jr. all the best in the future.

Hi Jim. I was there for test and tune day at the double header @ Pacific. Frank stopped by the trailer of some friends that I was helping and seemed fine and was having a good time. I see now that his name is not even on the Div.6 website. Guess that makes it official.

Hey Danny, see what you can find out at the Team finals in Spokane this weekend.

I never had any interaction with him, but after talking with people that did and seeing some of the decisions he made at Seattle, it seems to me that rather than working with the racers it was more important to him to be a badass. That's just my opinion though. I guess we saw how well that worked out for him.

Well,, I never got to speak to Frank jr. because he wasn't there. When I asked around, I was told he was "dismissed". When I pressed for a little more info, such as was this "dismissal' the result of outcry from a racer or racers, this official just smiled at me and said, "Danny, once again, lets just say he was dismissed." I said "Okay", and left it at that.
I see that "Deputy Fife" was running the show there this past weekend, and for the most part things went okay,, but he had some help.
