Just like the NHRA, instead of helping fight the problem they threaten to pull the sanction and cancel races!

Someone just needs to show up at the meeting with a video or pictures of the dust and document it is happening regularly and there will be no permit issued. It could also end up in air quality fines with good documentation.
I worked in the Air Permitting business with the oil and gas industry before retiring and I can assure you the state and feds with be all over this if there is actually that much dust put into the air. Rick Cates Canyon, TX |

I hope racers from the area show up like they asked. I would think the track has more of an economic impact on the area businesses than a nasty-azzed rock crusher.
