Lower hinges usually take most of the brunt of wear. A new lower hinge along with new pin/bushing for the upper will take care of the sag. http://www.classicindustries.com/197...q=door%20hinge

Is your lower hinge welded in? Some of the x bodies had welded hinges.i know my 70 does.Not easy to replace.rebuilding it would be a better option.
