SS/AH; SS/AA-SS/P, SS/AAA-SS/PA = real/traditional S/S
SS/GT, GT/Truck, SS/AS, SS/AM, SS/AX, SS/Mod Truck, etc = not real/traditional. Mine and others opinion. ~Not sure why someone would refer to an LS-based Pontiac as not real--at least the factory BUILT those. Al Corda ran a 9.98 in A/FIA (same weight as A/SA) eleven years ago, and I believe 1-2 others have been in the 9's, making them the quickest Pontiac Stockers ever.

Whats your take on the new factory cars? COPO, Drag Pak and Cobra Jet's?? By that theory they are "real" traditional stock and super stockers??

They should be S/S-only. Same as the '68 Hemis, '69 AMX and '64 Thunderbolt (until 2008). Non-street legal factory race cars not eligible for Stock.
