Historically, the fastest way to undermine and topple any institution is to prevent the enforcement of its rules and, ultimately, the integrity of the entire structure will crumble. If it were not for a rigorous system of rules and a vigorous enforcement of those rules, Stock classes would not have existed past 1965.
