The 60 to 67 AFBs used on the 383, 413
and 426 SW had no weights or air valve and were all the same size and style other than part no, linkage that changed in 62 and jetting. A slightly smaller AFB that looked identical was used on the 60-62 318 and 361. The 68-70 small AVS was used on the 340 and 383, they are the same carb other than part no. and jetting. The 273 and the 67 440 HP AFBs are different from each other and were each different than any other 60s Mopar AFBs. |

The combination I am looking at is the '66 dodge 383 4bl
It has the AFB and the specs for throttle bore and venturi size are listed. I was wondering if the AFB for 64-67 could be used as long as they match those. I remember you could, but that may have been in IHRA. Thanks Mike
