I normally ask ?hey why don?t you run with us?? the response I normally get besides the normal response is 2 time runs and all rounds in one day everyone is going to be dead on, well guess what going to be a lot of dead on the dial runs, 9.900, 8.900 in R1 & R2 unless a massive cold front comes in during the afternoon.

It's never easy. If you run the race in one day, all of the racing is tighter, making it more difficult. If you string it out for 2 or 3 days for no reason, you have to catch all the weather swings and track conditions. Both situations are tough.
