Yep. Though I love how they lead it with "Due to abuses of the policies" and then follow it up with "pit parking complications" (i.e. we want more room for our hospitality trailers) and "pending changes to the online credential system" (whatever that means). They're clearly trying to make it look like we brought this upon ourselves, being the ill-tempered children that we are.

The one that sticks in my craw is the issue about no entries being accepted below a certain grade point once the category has closed at that grade point. Why not? Especially if no grade 4 or higher (as per their example) registers, why shouldn't a lower grade competitor be able to get in? You know why, because they want to FORCE everyone to go to a bazillion LODRS events, and they're annoyed that due to low car counts last year that people have been able to get it by waiting for the withdraws to go through in the last few days. You know what I've got to say about that?

In response to the online credential system. They had a trial run at Pomona, I had regular credentials while my husband had a printed scanned online credential. Which stated you could only enter threw gate 15 or gate 17 at Pomona. Mind you security EVERYWHERE questioned him in the lanes because none of them were educated on the paper printed scan ticket.

Sunday morning we walked out to get breakfast threw gate 15. When we returned they stated we could not enter because no one is able to enter threw this gate walking in. They told us we had to walk ALL the way around the facility and go to gate 17. Mind you at gate 17 they did not even have a scanner to scan my husband ticket and we still would not have been able to get in.

So creative me saw a mini van with one guy and I asked him if we could hop in so we can enter threw the gate 15 in a vehicle. The security was fine with it. STUPID
