I run the same numbers you do. I go on the stop at .3 for anywhere from .1 to 1.1 depending on the weather. My stop RPM is 4100 with both the primary and secondary butterfly in the stop. I only run about 150. You can win like this. It all comes down to cutting a light and running the number, If you do that it doesn't matter if they run 200mph.
