you guys are too funny.....Ruth....you better get that car apart....so you have something to do....when you have too much time....it gets scary....

my 2 cents on the dragster....its all about accelerating off the stop....so turn it on early and shift on RPM....turn up the stop RPM till you have more time than the stop takes to move....(in bad weather)...use an electric Dedenbear if you can.......lighten your car as much as possible....its ok to beat up on all S/C competitors...as I won't be there....

When the thing runs really consistent and you're winning.....change everything to try and go 2 MPH faster...JK

oh yea ....to that clown....that I'm sure has never driven an 8.90 or 9.90 car....much less raced one....

after the stocker or super stocker comes down from the wheelie.....you can eat a sandwich and wave to you in the stands...while you're waiting for the finish line....in a good 8.90 or 9.90 car....your hanging on and paying attention...our dragster went faster in the 1/8 than our super stocker will go in the quarter.....and that was on the stop....over 3 seconds....those cars are fun to drive....and the politics are nill..everybody helps everybody else....you can tell anybody anything because its almost all driver.....while the stock and super stock guys are wrenching between rounds...we are on the golf carts looking for food and beer........plus its the most economical way to race....(not exactly in our case) .........so don't knock it till you try it....
