I suppose the new SILLY rule regarding not going below the filled quota regarding grading points has NOT been recinded has it? With the economy the way it is you would think they would be happy to get some grade 3-2-1's in when the 12-9's 6's and 5's withdraw after having no intention of going in the first place!!!!!!!!!!!
NHRA should really look at this one as well...

maybe they do need sportsman money after all...Comp is a whopping 17!! S/G has not filled up so it was Stock and SS that could "fill up"...Looks like Stock(and SS) is doing just fine...no need to change it!

Ok enough is enough;
Just maybe NHRA is working very hard to help solve the current economic down turn on behalf of all its customers. Just because this has not been in the internet does not mean it is not being done, just maybe what is going on is not our business. Everyone needs to look at the over all picture what ever NHRA is doing I am certain it will be for the benefit of all its racers or maybe the 90% of the racers who don’t complain .after all it is up to NHRA’s best interest in making sure we have a place to race if nothing else financially . I am going to support NHRA as I am an optimist’s big time. We will still be able to race
