Colorful,

You don't need his rabbit's foot, you need Dave and Eddie to go along with the motor...

Mr Colorful (S/G 37)
Tell me about these fellows, Dave and Eddie. Are they like Coil and Fedderly? Whipple and McCulloch?
Pulde and Hamby? Candies and Hughes? Kleinweber and Hughes?
Time for you tell all. Almost ALL..................

See you at the races,
Wayne Kerr

Now you guys are getting personal......When you can just drive the car.....not dial it...not clean it...the driver can concentrate on driving....and BS ing....of course

I have been very fortunate to have a couple of guys that really love this stuff....and are really really good at it.....Dave dials with data and experience...and he's one of the best....I just screw it up most of the time...

Anyway....Eddie A. did a great job in Super Gas this past year....a couple of breaks and his number would have been much lower.....he wasn't lucky......I think guys are not looking forward to racing him....I know I'm not....

you can tell I have been on the ss forum.....I'm way too serious...

I can't even post over there.......thank God I'm not running in stock with a blower.....I'd have to hire a bodyguard.....

also one of the stock guys made a reference to the super class racers not being good enough to be in stock so we race super gas...like it was a lesser class.....whats he smoking....and he was racing in G/S.......

its another world....

What can i say, 2008 was not a very good year for me, money was tight, me and my wife had a baby girl, i lost my best friend in a motorcycle accident, that is just some of the things i had going on. I had a lot of **** on my mind. The two races i showed up at went -.004 RED in the 1st round, and then i lost by .001 in the 2nd round at the other race, and i do not race IHRA but once in a blue moon. I am going to stop posting on this thread because i know that i am a excellant driver and will line up next to any of yall any day. That is all i am going to say any more on this thread.

Loosen up Travis.....Excellent drivers lose all the time...you don't need to tell us........showing us is the way to do it....nobody cares you took 6 thou with a 00 light and still lost....you still lost...no different than if you took a train length and lost...or a redlight and lost...it takes a lot to be a great driver...and one of those things is being able to go to the races....its all part of it..but being able to race may be the biggest hurdle this season....as the economy is not good....

if anybody on here said they were a great driver.....they would get the same response we gave you....we are all just having fun....

when you win....we will be the first to congratulate you.....

don't worry.... everybody is watching....

sorry about your tough year.....maybe 09 will be better for you....
