Scott...here is a picture of one of the Strange rotors that was on my Racetech dragster. From some of the replies I have gotten about them over on DRR.....this is not that unusal. Wilwoods also have a reputation for rotor problems. I installed Wilwoods on the front of my Firebird and they worked well. Everyone agrees...steel rotors are more prone to problems than cast iron. I think you would be fine with Strange or Wilwood but you have to keep an eye on them and the more aggressive you are at the stripe...the more likely you might have problems......Drum brakes are cast iron and can soak up a lot of heat and not warp......Just my 2 cents......
