The fiberglass front bumper on my 1970 Nova has a split but it's not broken completely off. I can open it to a certain point and then close it back where it looks like it isn't cracked at all when i keep a little pressure on it. NK is right, but make sure that you use epoxy resin not polyester resin. If it were mine, I would put a patch of fiberglass on the back and then fill in the crack with thicken epoxy resin. You can buy everything at better marine shops. If you want detailed instructions PM me and I will glad to help
