Thank you for sharing info about the Green Weenie. I have seen the pics of Tony Janes red 68 sure wish him, or those that race similar could chime in. Its eminent these racers have the most efficient suspensions bar none.

I'd be curious to hear from others also. I might learn something.

I'm the same as Bob. About 1/2"-5/8" off lower bump with me in the car, and about 1"-1 1/8" without me in the car. I then take the OEM bump stop out and put a 2 1/8" tall energy suspension bump stop in to help catch the car coming off the wheelie. The part number for this bump is 9-9101G. I trimmed it ever so slightly to give about 1/4" of air gap. Riding around in the pits it is like a Cup car down on the bump stops but I feel like it helps cushion the blow a little better than the lower OEM type stop.

my car is a small block to start off, but i have the Alf Wiebe setup in mine. it is new upper cross shafts and tall 'ball joint', moroso trick springs with one coil off, 30" tall mt rubber, no lower bump stops, and global west bushings . the car still has plenty of ride height and no clearance issues
