I get all my VP fuel from Lawrence Line...he typically has the best price on VP, and will deliver to the track.
I did get some (5gal drum) for a dyno session at Wheeler's from T-n-T. As well, I'm pretty sure Jeff Cheney at Cheney Performance in Ham Lake would have some.
