You guys are overlooking Scotty Richardson. High six figure returns without the contingency.
Nothing against Fletcher, but when Fletcher starts winning the BIG DOLLAR (tighter packages) bracket races, then he'll be considered. It's S.R. then the rest.

I think we are talking about ClassRacing...a different thing in my opinion...Scotty isn't doing "his wonders" when he's racing Stock or SS...i like Fletch...he must be busting his *** to be able to get around all these places..

Everyone mentioned on this topic is very, very good. I don't think anyone looks forward to running these guys. I will say you have to add Anthony Bertozzi and the DeFranks to the list. These guys stand out because they race ALOT, and that certainly makes you a better driver and increases your chances to win. There are a lot more good drivers out there that could win multiple events if they were able to race as much as these guys. As far as class racing being different than bracket racing? I will agree that you get a heads up once in a while and you have to dial day to day which is not easy but when you put a dial-in on the window you are bracket racing...,in my opinion. It seems whenever the term "bracket racing" is mentioned on this site there are some (not directed at anybody) that seem offended to be associated with bracket racing. Maybe we should start using the term "dial-in racing". Would that be less offensive?

How many wins does Fletcher have compared to everyone else Biondo, Richardson, Rampy, Bertozzi, etc.? Just curious.

I agree with Larry about the 4 events or less for Fletcher. Also, S.R. compiled his Wally's roughly over a 5-7 year period (very short period). S.R. cleaned house in NHRA in the late 80's and early 90's. He left the circuit to chase the BIGGER dollars bracket racing. Hard to pass up 50K & 100K races with only 150 entries.

I'd pay $2,000.00 to drive that Checkmate Camaro at a NHRA National Event.
