Fuel Cell... Foam or No foam?

I asked this same question last year some time and the response
was the same as you have received.....no foam.

Also fuel filters, about 50%/50% on just filter the fuel as you are filling the fuel cell.

Well, I guess this isn't going to take much thought... No Foam it is..
