Any welding supply should be able to refill it providing they have the ability to weigh the bottle. Weight is the only indication it is filled properly and not overfilled. An overfilled bottle can blow the safety blow-off should the bottle become too hot, such as when it's in the car, trailer, cabinet, etc. I can't tell you how many bottles we have to replace the blow-off on because someone over filled it.

That's what I use and they will sell you a 5lb. bottle and you can have your own refill station and save the $5 to $10 hit every time you need it filled.
