I have the same basic combo, but I'm making a more HP than yourself. I have always ran 12lbs of pressure on a set of brand new slicks, and as they got older, I went down to 11 and as much as 10.5lbs. If you go any lower than that your car will be walking around on the big end!!! Also you will be bogging the engine alot with to little air in the tires. Those little motors dont recover from a bad bogg!!
