Great talking with you too, Owen! Best of luck the rest of the season. Maybe all of our egos and wallets will be healed up by next year, and we can try again.

Owen, likewise. I've known you are an awesome racer... If you ever find yourself up in this neck of the woods, don't hesitate to contact me if you need anything.
..in my opinion, it was tougher to go 4 or 5 rounds there than any Bracket race I've ever been to (on the bottom), including the Finals..I think Mike would agree..Getting past Luke in round one Saturday was just the start.. I was 007 and dead on and he was right there with me...It was like that all weekend long folks......040 bulb and I was embarassed. Congrats to Manny, Luke, and the Alfords, they know what's up.

the comp was unbelievable,,,I had car trouble all weekend and unfortunately, got beat to death,,,,,but the RT`s were just amaizing,,,,,,,,,everybody on the grounds knew that anybody/everybody in the other lane was a hitter and was sit on kill.........even the racers that havent made a name for themselfs were set on "KILL"
I was really surprised not to see alot of stockers there,,,,I think I seen 1 stocker and maybe 4 or 5 stock racers in bracket cars some of you guys REALLY need to get to this race next year |

WOW! Great to see so much interest in the WFC.
The packages at WFC III were definitely among the best our class has ever displayed over a 3 day event. However, it was seemingly equal throughout the field. It looked like everyone there took there game to the next level. That was awesome to watch to say the least. From the outside looking in, it appeared that everyone there new where .00 was and was not afraid to shoot for it. There are thousands of racers capable of finding .00 at any given time, but the WFC racers were looking to do it consistently. It was a Footbrake race so don't be fooled into believeing that we only had .00 and dead on runs. The competition was spectacular but there were a ton of runs that were simply average and some of those even netted alot of cash for the drivers involved. We appreciate all of the support from the Class Racer members and we hope to see more of you there next year. |
