According to Asher, this was just written, and, as it mentions the Hight/Force test ban controversy, it could not have been written in April, it had to have been written in the past two weeks.
Asher mentions, at the beginning of the current article, another article he wrote in April of
2008 so I think that is the article you are thinking about.
