BlueOvalRalph, Nhra has a devise they put your push rod and your lifter in to find correct length of your set up,then they put their lifter and your push rod in to get same length, they use a adjustable lifter, then they use this set up to check lift,. Tom

I suppose I shouldn't be surprised that they don't have a lifter for that. They certainly should. Shoot, I have one that I use to check piston to valve clearance.

The check lifter they use it made by Clark Holroyd. He will sell one to you.
