Guys,
regardless where we are or what we are doing we need to remember this day the thousands who died in NYC, Washington, and Pennsylvania. Many dedicated police, firemen, nurses and people just working for a living victims of the attacks. Bless our troops for carrying the fight outside our country too. Thanks to them ALL. |

You're absolutely right. The purpose of this day is to remember those who lost their lives in an enemy attack, not to serve the president. Our highest purpose is to serve others, his is to serve his country. Wonder if he'll ever get it right.

I'm with you all on this one...even though I was 43yrs old on that somber day, the very next day I tried to join the military, because I wanted to do unto them as they did unto us, but I couldn't clear age waivers w/o prior service...
![]() However, I also hope that 12/07/1941 will be remembered in the same light...you want to know why I feel the way I do about foreign products, well that day put nitro on the fire....thus reason #1!!! Sadly though I feel that since that tragedy happened nearly 68yrs ago, it's been forgotten by many, and the products they drive are proof of it....

god bless all the nyc fallen victims. I lost several friends that day from fdny and the ems side as well. I was stationed at west point military academy and working part time as a paramedic when the event occured. I pray and thank god, i was on one of the last trains out of the city when it all hapened. However I was called back down there to help in the rescue and recovery mode.
I hope nothing ever happens like this again. Kevin Scott - PARAMEDIC 4116 K/SA 1990 PONTIAC TRANS AM |
