Tech Decisions....

Did anyone notice in the 2010 rules revisions that final decisions are at the sole discretion of the "NHRA" now and that they deleted "at the sole discretion of the Technical Services Dept."...?

I haven't talked to anyone there for awhile and I was wondering who makes the final call now and who determines what is legal and what isn't or if they decide by commitee now.....
