Default BBC Heads?

I am in the process of planning to build a 1971 454/425 for Super Stock. It's going to go into a 1971 Chevelle for SS/EA. I see that NHRA accepts the 026, 723, 990, and 188 for cast iron heads. My question is which for these heads work the best or are better for this combo? Thanks James

The only thing I ever here about is the 990 and 188 heads in which NOS bare heads are selling for $400-$600 a pair or around $750-$800 complete.

See ebay item # 360210171681. They just sold for $430
