I think if you did your homework, you would find Jeggie still does alot of local bracket racing and goes to lots of 3-5 day money races... I agree with Mike and Chip, he's one hell of a racer, forget about the money !!!!! He is driven to Win the Stock Title, time will tell, but don't bet against him.. Watch out FORDS / Chevies... he is a driver !!!
Also, I think it good for our sport, when you bring in big names and sponsors to Stock & S/S.... draws Attention... Merry Xmas + Happy New Year to everyone....................................

Newbie's buying fast stockers, Big Daddy, Jeg, et al....makes me wonder how they will handle the 7AM call to lanes, or the 9PM round 1, in the dew and fog....or repeated schedule changes so you have to be at the track from dawn's early light to "last call"?

When Jeggie drove our Cuda in the Hemi Challenges he was very hands on with the car, not so much with mechanical stuff because we were doing all that and didn't need another pair of hands in the mix, but he was very on top of the weather conditions, tracking his runs, the computer print outs, tires, gear ratios, etc.. He and Dad had a lot of conversations about the mechanical things on the car. I was pleasantly surprised by how "into it" he was. Darrell Marvel always puts a bbq on for the hemi guys and Jeggie went. One of his comments was how nice everyone was, how it was so unlike the pro stock arena. I think you'll find him to be a very involved Stock racer.
