The track was built by Johnny Issac and opened about mid season of 2003. I always liked the track, though is was well laid out and racer friendly.
Because of internal family legal "issues" Johnny pulled the plug after the 2007 season. I have heard conflicting reports of the track condition, some say the track and pits are intact and untouched, could easily be reopened. Others say some of the asphalt has been sold off? I may drive over there and report back because I am curious of the actual condition.

It seems like I heard the father died and the kids didn't want to pay the outrageous inheritance taxes.
