Default u joints - which spicer and where?

Have always used Spicer ujoints. 1350 series I have used part # 5-282x, which is a solid unit. Can not find them around my house.

Where do you order them from for best prices?

Do any of you use the Spicer 5-178x units. These have the grease zerks.

What about other brands? Summit sells Precision... I can get these local, anyone use these?

Summit and Jegs sell TCI, Strange, Lakewood, etc. Sure someone is making them for them, but do not know who.

suggestions???

thanks,
Ken

If you go to the Precision, make sure it's made in USA. You may be able to get a Spicer at a local driveshaft shop.

Jeff,

Thanks for the offer! Sorry I ordered some yesterday. Found the 178's at a decent price. Will have to have a beer next time at the same track anyway!

At least I know where to get them now.
