Excellent point. Jim, I think the big difference is the Mustang has all the "street legal" stuff, except the mufflers, tires and most importantly the VIN. I personally believe it is a legal issue that you know if the stuff was on it someone would try it on the street and be involved in something leading back to Ford. I personally would like them to be in SS, but that is my thoughts not the thoughts of NHRA or Ford. I do like seeing them and the technology it brings. I think it forces NHRA to look to the future.
